Denesh achieved two important milestones in 2021, reaching Executive Director level in July and now earning his Six-Figure Ring!
As a business man in Montreal, Quebec Denesh is especially dedicated to his Experior teammates and works hard for them everyday. The Experior Marketing Team asked Denesh how has his life changed because of having success with Experior, he said, “I feel grateful and happy to know that I hit this new milestone. I know that this milestone is a true testament of perseverance and overcoming countless challenges. Entrepreneurship is not easy, but it is sure worth it! There was a significant shift in my personal growth, and this allowed me to crack this new milestone. I live by the saying “The person you become during the journey towards your goal is more important than the goal itself”
We asked him if he could share any advice for other Experior Associates? Our newest six-figure ring earner Denesh said, “It starts with a laser sharp focus towards your purpose! It continues with you allowing yourself to embrace any challenges and accepting them because they help you grow as an individual. Next, constantly surround yourself with the mentors who attract, encourage, and lift you up! Make sure you work hard, smart, and consistently! Get an accountability partner to help keep each other accountable! Attend all important weekly trainings and make sure you prioritize them, this is super crucial to your growth and success with Experior! The big dollars are paid to the individuals who master his/her craft, not to the ones who are jack of all trades and have mastered nothing! Everything needs to be all accomplished while you make sure you stay in your course and never compare yourself with others. One of the most hindering things you can do to yourself is compare yourself to others because everyone has their distinct upbringing and path. Therefore, decide to stay in yours and stop deviating! Finally……pursue your purpose while making sure your journey is a blissful one! The above is what I strive daily to live by and I can assure you is why I hit my new milestone! Blessings!“
