New Executive Director, Olanrewaju Olagunju!

We are pleased to announce that Olanrewaju Olagunju has been named our newest Executive Director! December 2021

Olanrewaju is a proud member of ★FML★ Achievers Team from Vaughan, Ontario and is earning this new title in only three years with Experior Financial Group. He is an example of how to be a good leader. He works hard, and always provides more than what is expected of him. By seeing Olanrewaju work so hard, his teammates learn that if you put in enough time and effort to accomplish your goals, anything is possible.

Olanrewaju was asked for a few comments about how he feels about becoming our most recent Experior Executive Director, his response was;

“Having a professional background in accounting and over 19 years of experience in project control, treasury accounting, financial accounting, project accounting and payrolls, it was easy and calculative to join Experior Financial services on the 27^th of December 2018 after leaving my former company.

I wasn’t 100% ready for the task, but I was well guided and received maximum supports from my colleagues and Executive Director. I remember receiving my first pay check nine months after joining the company. At that point, I decided that there was no going back. I had to forge ahead to climb all necessary ladders. I became a Senior Financial Advisor in March 2020 and a Sales Manager in October 2021. I was hopeful of becoming an Executive Director before the year 2021 ran out, although, at a point, my hopes began to shake; a part of me knew there was no going back or giving up on the hard work and persistence that had come into play during the year. On the 24^th of December, 2021, I got promoted to Executive Director. It was indeed a great way to crown the year.”
