Joy Phoebe Onwuka, Executive Director at Experior, has reached another milestone in her professional career.
Joy is from Edmonton, Alberta and lives in Canada with her husband and their five children. Before joining Experior, Joy Phoebe Onwuka had no experience in the financial services industry. She previously worked as a Project Manager for a company called General Electric. Her goal is to reach Senior Executive Director level by the end of this year so she can go on Experior’s Sunny Destination trip in 2023!

The Experior Marketing Team asked how Joy feels to have reached this milestone, she said,
“I feel fulfilled and happy to see all I have accomplished here at Experior within a very short period of time. Despite the fact that I came to Experior without any prior experience in Financial Services.”
We asked Joy Phoebe Onwuka Why Experior? Our newest Ring Earner said,
“Experior checks off several boxes for me, however, I will narrow it down to few major items because of time.

- Timing – There is no doubt that I am a part of this business at the right time as Experior is the fastest MGA in the all of Canada and we have just Expanded into the USA.

When we asked Joy what advice she had for new Associates in the industry, she said,
“My advice is to take advantage of all the opportunities we have here at Experior. Simply follow the process that is already put in place. You do not need to reinvent the wheel. Be joyful, build wide and deep and above all have fun. IT’S REALLY NOT THAT HARD!”
