Manmohan Sandhu, Executive Director at Experior, has reached a milestone in his career with Experior!
Manmohan immigrated to Canada 9 years ago to Alberta; with a goal to live a happy life with income to fully support his family including his wife and 2 children. Before joining Experior he worked with Scotiabank for 8 years as a Financial Associate and prior to that he was a wholesaler for a mutual fund company in India. He then joined FML – Team Tugboat with Experior and has been following his plan to change families financial lives every day.
Questions Experior Financial Group asked Manmohan Sandhu:
The Experior Marketing Team asked how Manmohan feels to have reached this milestone, he said,
“I am thrilled to know that anything is possible here at Experior. All you need is a plan and courage to follow your plan. Experior provides you with the platform to succeed. Trust in the system and do what you need to do. I feel by doing this your goals can be achieved. Life is about making progress in the right direction. I know it’s a long way to go, but thankfully Experior is here and helping me to succeed.“
We asked Manmohan Sandhu Why Experior? Our newest Ring Earner said,
“Honestly, I don’t know. I think Experior found me at the right time, but I am happy and honored to work here with some amazing people.”
When we asked Manmohan what advice he had for new Associates in the industry, he said,
“My advice is to stay persistent and keep making progress towards your goal. It does not matter if your today’s progress is small or big. Moving in the right direction is all that matters. Today’s small steps will matter a lot in the future. Don’t forget you will get opportunities for bigger steps and there may be some obstacles along the way. So don’t overthink, just keep moving.”
