Jolly Xavier joined Experior in March 2020 and has been dedicated to constantly growing in this industry. Since joining Experior, Jolly has been a role model for those looking to join financial services and shows them that anything is possible when you stay focused. We are confident that Jolly will continue to lead a successful career at Experior, and we look forward to watching him build his legacy.
We asked Jolly Xavier how it feels to have reached this milestone with Experior Financial Group, he said.
As Bob Moaward said, “the best day of your life is the one on which you decide your life is your own. No apologies or excuses. No one to lean on, rely on, or blame. It is an amazing journey, and you alone are responsible for the quality of it. This is the day your life really begins.” This was my mantra when I joined Experior Financial Group in March 2020, I had neither any experience in the financial industry nor any academic qualifications prior to joining Experior, but I liked the financial industry and Experior Financial Group, because it’s about making / building futures. Especially a person coming from a gambling industry, where you only get see people losing big money to make money. I believe when one door closes, another one opens, but often we look so long at the closed door that we do not see the one that has opened for us. This was very true in my case back in 2020 when Covid hit. I got laid off from OLG and it was like a door closed in my future that was within my comfort zone, that’s when the other door called ‘’Experior Financial Group” opened in front of me. I am very proud to be promoted to an ED and thanks to Jamie, Daniel (my coach) and Arash my teammate, once again, thank you all from bottom of my heart ❤️
We then asked Jolly if he had any advice for other Experior Agents, the Executive Director Said,
I would say focus on teamwork and recruiting more people, because it is not a single man’s game, we need more talented team players in our group to win the game. In addition, believe in yourselves and keep doing your thing, until you reach a point, where it’s yours.
