We are proud to announce that Maia Kalev is our newest Executive Director for January 2023!
Maia Kalev joined Experior Financial Group in July 2021 and has already achieved significant success in her career! Maia is not only our first Executive Director promotion of 2023, but she is also our YOUNGEST Associate ever to earn this recognition! Since the beginning of her journey at Experior Financial Group, Maia has demonstrated a genuine commitment to her job and clients. With 104 clients already served since starting her career with Experior, Maia is quickly becoming an inspiration to everyone around her. We are optimistic that Maia will continue to succeed and make her team proud.
The Experior team asked Maia Kalev how it feels to be the YOUNGEST Associate to have reached this milestone with Experior Financial Group; she said,
“Reaching this milestone of the Youngest Executive Director means the world to me, I couldn’t be more grateful. The support I’ve received in my time with Experior has been nothing short of extraordinary, and it feels incredible to be able to prove everyone right who believed in me. It’s beyond surreal considering myself an inspiration to anyone, but it’s one of the most motivating and rewarding things I’ve ever experienced. When I first joined the industry at 18, I was told I would never be taken seriously because of my age. I was told to speak in a lower voice, act more “like a man,” and avoid doing zoom calls to not show my face to clients because I looked young. This accomplishment to me is an acknowledgement of all of my hard work, but further to that, it’s a testament to Experior for being the kind of company that encourages people to grow into the best versions of themselves. Working with Experior has not only helped me to unlearn all of that negativity and self-doubt I was taught at my practice company, it’s replaced it with tenacity, confidence, and helped me to grow into a version of myself I’ve always wanted to be. I truly can’t believe this is only the beginning, I’m so excited for what’s next!”
We then asked our newest Executive Director for advice she could share with new Associates; she said,
“I spent my first 5 months with Experior as a fly on the wall admiring and studying the company’s culture, my ED Mario Francella’s leadership and generosity, the company’s training and support. I didn’t even speak to my first client until December of the same year. My advice for agents just starting out would be to just go for it. I spent a lot of time over preparing for lessons that can only be truly learned through action, through making mistakes, through learning as you go. The only way to move forward is to just get moving. So whatever reasons you may have to underestimate yourself, leave them in your past. If my accomplishment is proof of anything, it’s that your life can completely change in a year no matter what odds you believe are against you.”
