Experior Financial Group is excited to honour Executive Director, Bikramjit Singh Sandhar, for accomplishing the prestigious title of Ring Earner. His commitment to Experior and passion for helping others have been key to reaching this remarkable milestone as an independent insurance agent.
Bikramjit is originally from Hoshiarpur, India, and is currently living in British Columbia. He is happily married and has three loving and supportive children who have always been by his side throughout his journey in financial services. In fact, his youngest son has joined him with Experior full time and is helping manage the team, and Bikramjit says he would have not accomplished this milestone without all of his sons help.
Since joining Experior, Bikramjit and his team have empowered over 100 families to make informed financial decisions. In recognition of Bikramjit’s exceptional accomplishments, we offer our congratulations and best wishes for future success. With his knowledge of the financial industry through 19 years of experience, and his strong work ethic, we are confident he will reach his goals and achieve many more milestones.
We asked Bikramjit how it feels to have achieved this milestone, and he said,
“Reaching the $100k milestone is more than just a numerical achievement; it’s a profound testament to the collective spirit, countless hours of dedication, and the belief that every step forward is part of a larger, meaningful journey. Whenever you set goals and achieve them it is a sense of accomplishment for yourself and your team. Getting the 100K ring is like winning a championship and from there, it is the beginning of building a legacy.”
Bikramjit Singh Sandhar was asked Why Experior? and he said,
“The major reasons for joining Experior were the Tribrid model, legacy program, three types of ownership, and honest, transparent leadership.”
How has your life changed because of your success with Experior? Bikramjit replied,
“My success with Experior Financial Group has greatly improved my quality of life by providing me with the flexibility to spend more time with my family. Achieving this milestone has not only advanced my career but also granted me the freedom to prioritize what matters most, which is cherishing moments with loved ones and creating lasting memories. This balance between professional success and personal fulfillment has enriched my life in meaningful ways.”
Bikramjit Singh Sandhar was asked what his current goals were and his “why”, and he responded,
“My current goals are that I want to achieve the 250K ring and I want to become a Senior Executive Director by November 30th, 2024. My “why” is to help families and individuals build solid financial foundations and also gain spiritual strength to deal with all worldly challenges.”
Our newest Ring Earner was asked if he had any advice for new financial service associates in Experior. Bikramjit said,
“All the financial knowledge and personal development at Experior is priceless. If you apply this knowledge to yourself, it could put you in the top 10% of the successful population in North America. This is why you need to help as many families as possible to achieve their dreams.”
