We are excited to celebrate Delroy Peart’s promotion to Senior Executive Director at Experior Financial Group. Delroy’s commitment to his team and his clients is truly remarkable, driven by a clear purpose to lead with integrity.
In his 7 years with Experior, Delroy has made a difference in the lives of countless families—far too many to number. His leadership earned this milestone, and we have no doubt even greater achievements are on the horizon.
Our newest SED was asked to share how it feels to reach this milestone; Delroy Peart said,
“I am super excited to reach this milestone, which legitimizes the title “leader of leaders” as our CEO, Jamie Prickett introduced me. Our small but growing Montreal team is a place where leaders can grow, with 4 SEDs and many Ring Earners. What we have created is truly satisfying, and this promotion is a testiment to the Quebec team. We came to Experior with 40 associates, and now we are closing in on 800 licenses between Canada and the USA.”
Delroy was asked to share any advice he has to help other Associates succeed, he said,
“Be the best YOU that you can be. All will fall into place when you are right. Some want more “tangible” to do’s, so here they are:
1. Get clear on your end goal.
2. Develop a workable plan suitable for you.
3. Do something daily that moves you toward that outcome.
For me, the most important thing to do is work on you. Become the person that is comfortable with whatever you want to BE, DO, or HAVE.”
