We asked Dhan Phagami to tell us a bit about his journey and how it feels to have achieved this milestone, and he said,

Reaching the milestone of becoming an ED feels truly rewarding because it represents not just my achievement, but also the sacrifices, consistency, and support that made it possible.

Dhan was asked if he had any advice for new financial service associates with Experior. He said,
“My advice to anyone starting their journey at Experior is to stay consistent and never give up, no matter how many challenges you face. Success doesn’t come overnight, and it requires patience, learning, and persistence. Surround yourself with positive mentors, follow the system, and improve daily.
Believe in yourself, focus on helping families, and remember that every small step takes you closer to your big dreams. If I can achieve my goal of becoming an Executive Director, you can too.”
