Elsa has been with Experior Financial Group for two years, during which time she has helped 127 families make informed financial decisions with the help of her team, Alpha Alliance Excellence. We asked Elsa Brhane to tell us a bit about her journey and how it feels to have achieved this milestone, and she said,
“This goal means so much to me, and I am glad I persevered through the tough times. This accomplishment is a stepping stone to even greater things . Reaching one goal after all the challenges I was having in my business feels fantastic!”
Our newest Executive Director was asked if she had any advice for new financial service Associates with Experior. Elsa said,
“Being consistent is the key. There will be challenges that will tempt you to quit the business, but are you still able to focus and be consistent in the industry? Consistency includes growing and leveling up every single day, and studying all the services we offer. Challenge yourself to meet new people all the time. If you face rejection from many people, see it as a lesson to grow, not a reason to feel discouraged.”
