Ian Barnett was asked how it feels to have reached this milestone with Experior, he said;
“It is normal to struggle. It is normal to question your abilities and have doubts. It is normal to feel overwhelmed and be anxious. These feelings build character, perseverance and steadfastness. The team behind you will catch you when you fall, be there with you through the difficult times and will be the first to celebrate your successes. You can do it alone, but why would you want to with such a strong support system? Lean on them, learn from them and you will find success. How you surround yourself with others is more important than your personal knowledge and pride. It took me 8 months to make my first sale with my practice company. It took me two years to get my first recruit. Once I got out of my own way and finally listened to my mentors, upon putting that knowledge into practice, it took me 8 months to hit Executive Director level. Let go and trust the system.”
