Jaskaran Singh Benipal’s promotion to Executive Director and Shareholder at Experior Financial Group Inc. is a testament to his hard-working ethic and dedication to his business. He provides excellent service to his clients and has helped countless people and their families. Jaskaran has worked diligently to expand his team and continues to support those around him within the company.
The Experior team asked our newest Executive Director and Shareholder to tell us a bit about his journey with the company and how it feels to have reached this milestone. He said,
“I migrated from Panjab in December of 2015 and started my journey as an international student in Canada. After completion of my studies, I started working as construction worker where I was gaining experience and learning new skills, but the X factor was missing there. While searching for my passion, Experior attracted me in Feb 2019 and I started learning financial concepts, in addition to which, I Started teaching these concepts to people I love and served more than 60 families during these years.
Coming from Jatt family, we are the people who believe in hard work and empathy. We do all the things which we can do with the best possible efforts and wait for the harvesting period with trust and belief in God. In order to carry on with this tradition, I am continuing to work in the same capacity inside the financial industry in Canada. I’m very grateful to have reached this milestone in my career.”
Jaskaran was asked if he had any advice for other Experior agents; he said,
“The only message if I can give to a new associate who dreams to become an Executive director and shareholder with Experior financial group is: Keep following the system, there are no shortcuts, and no loopholes to success.”
