Compliance Administrator

Experior Financial Group Inc. is looking for a Compliance Administrator.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for planning, implementing, and overseeing processes to mitigate risk related items.
- Develop, implement, and manage the Company's compliance program.
- Coordinate with Regulators to ensure policies are up to date, maintained.
- Develop and write all Company compliance policies and communications.
- Schedule required trainings for Agents and Head Office Staff.
- Investigate, assess, and apply company policies and provincial policies to various situations.
Qualifications:
- Must have experience working in Compliance and/or the Financial Services Industry.
- Knowledge of PIPEDA, FINTRAC, CISRO/CCIR, and CLHIA Guidelines considered a strong asset.
- Previous experience in Provincial Regulations, Agent Licensing and Compliant Sales Practices considered a strong asset.
- Superior communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Able to handle stressful situations with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Reliable and trustworthy.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Follow established guidelines and procedures.
- Strong computer skills and proficient in Office365
- Exceptional analytical skills.
- An ability to thrive while working with tight deadlines and multiple priorities
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Friendly approach in delivering challenging information to people over the phone and though email
- Take initiative and be willing to find the answer.
- Positive attitude and able to accept constructive criticism.
- Works well under pressure and is adaptable to change.
- Have great problem-solving skills.
- Speaking French / Spanish considered a strong asset.
- Willing to learn French / Spanish
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $55,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
