Administrative Assistant

Experior Financial Group Inc. is looking for a highly organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role involves a variety of office tasks, including greeting visitors, answering phone calls, handling mail, managing office supplies, and ensuring a clean, efficient office environment. Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors, answer phone calls, and direct inquiries to the appropriate department or individual.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail; prepare outgoing mail, including packages and correspondence.
  • Scan, organize, and file physical and digital documents, ensuring proper archiving and easy access.
  • Shred confidential documents in accordance with company policies and privacy regulations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized office environment, including common areas, conference rooms, break rooms etc.
  • Assist with routine office tasks such as copying, faxing, and data entry as needed.
  • Assist with various office projects or tasks as assigned.
