Joel has been an invaluable member of Experior Financial Group for 3 years. During this time, he and his team, RLG, have helped countless families make empowered financial decisions. We recognize Joel’s exceptional accomplishments and extend our warmest congratulations. With his relentless drive and dedication, we anticipate even more remarkable successes in Joel’s future with Experior.
We asked Joel Anderson to share some insights into his journey and the feelings associated with reaching this milestone, and he responded,
“The journey to Executive Director was one of faith, persistence, and a lot of focus. I started with Experior at the end of November 2022, but due to transfers of licenses and blocks of business, I couldn’t begin writing business until mid-May 2023. I took a full break in 2024, but returned with determination and a plan in April 2025 to become an Executive Director by December 2025. Six months later, here we are. It feels rewarding to achieve this milestone, but I’m conscious that it is merely the starting line. There’s so much on the horizon for the team and the expanding potential within Experior.
I’m truly excited at the prospect of helping the next person on my team become an Executive Director, a Ring Earner, or both. That’s my focus moving forward.”
Our newest Executive Director was asked if he had any advice for emerging financial service Associates with Experior. He shared,
“Spend a moment with yourself and be brutally honest about the goals you harbour in your heart, and seek out a mentor or coach who exemplifies that vision. Don’t rely solely on your understanding; tap into your mentor’s knowledge and expertise. Execute with precision, and witness what took someone years to accomplish being realized in mere months. I eagerly look forward to celebrating all of your future successes!”
