We asked Joy how she feels to have reached this milestone, she said “When I came to this industry and joined Experior last year, all I wanted to do was to help individuals and families with financial knowledge that will enable them to make an informed decision when it comes to their finances.
I looked into some companies, but Experior stood out to me for the following reasons:
- Support system/online community
- Alignment of the Experior mission to my own
- The fact that I have ownership of my book of Business
- Ability to build this business both in Canada and the US
- Also the opportunity to become a shareholder once I become an executive director
For me, the icing on the cake was the Legacy Ownership Program in Experior that offers every broker the opportunity to build an agency and continue to receive an income upon death, disability, or retirement. It has been an amazing and a fulfilled journey. One that enabled me to surpass my initial goal of helping individuals and families with financial knowledge, in addition, have also helped build people in this amazing company here at Experior Financial Group to earn extra income.
I also want to say thank you to Jamie and Lee-ann for their commitment and vision. I also want to say thank you to my Senior Executive Director and my Executive Director Frank De Lio and Adeola Abiodun respectively for all their support. And to my team, you guys are simply the best. Let’s keep it moving!”
