Congratulations to Marites Nakpil, our newest Ring Earner of October 2022!
Marites Nakpil, Executive Director at Experior, has reached another great career milestone with the company! Marites landed in Montreal, Quebec in 2002 from the Philippines and in 2006 she moved to Edmonton, Alberta. She then met her spouse, Dave Dean, 9 years ago who has been an incredibly supportive partner for her and her 23-year-old son. Since joining Experior, Marites is on track to reaching her goals of leading 5 strong new ED’s in the next 5-10 years and retiring by the age of 65. By reaching these goals including financial freedom in the future, Marites will be able to spend more time with her family including her 2 siblings in the Philippines. With Marites’ passion and dedication to her business she will also work towards building a legacy to leave to her son. Since starting in the financial industry in 2011, Marites continues to show her team what it takes to start a legacy at Experior Financial Group.
Questions Experior Financial Group asked Marites Nakpil:
We asked Marites Nakpil how it feels to have achieved this milestone, the Executive Director said,
“This is truly special; excitement is an understatement, but I was really happy when I finally made it. But what makes this milestone even more incredible is being a part of the 100K ring club, which is made of amazing men and women who have done extra ordinary things including helping families and teammates and have also built a strong business across Canada and the USA. I know that this is just the beginning of an incredible future ahead and I can’t wait to empower more leaders and champions on my team and celebrate what we can all build together.”
We asked Marites Nakpil Why Experior? Our newest Ring Earner said,
“I chose Experior because of the amazing business opportunity. The leadership is incredible, and they genuinely care for every agent. The factors that truly attracts me the most is the real ownership of our business from the day we start, becoming a shareholder and agency ownership. This is huge in every agent’s perspective.”
When we asked Marites how her life changed because of her success with Experior, she said,
“To be honest, I am happier and stress free now compared to before. I just don’t want to work under pressure, it makes me very unenergized. I have a more positive outlook on my business now, more than ever. Experior’s opportunity has given my business a new life and a new hope. Sure, there are some challenges and setbacks at times, but the people I surround myself with and the leadership keeps me going. I love the genuine support and camaraderie, it just reminds me that there are no God’s in this business, just humans caring for other humans. I can’t wait to see how my business will roll out in the months and years ahead, I am excited each day to talk to people and share the opportunity, and I know that for as long as I am passionate and committed in what I do, that amazing things lie ahead.”
We then asked Marites if she had any advice for anyone new to Experior, she said,
“We have a system and process that truly works. Just trust your instinct and trust the process. Your success will not happen overnight, it takes time but if you have the right attitude and follow what the leaders will tell and show you, your success is inevitable. There are no shortcuts in success, but we have simplified things so everybody can do the business. The most important thoughts I will share is that anyone who is willing to try this opportunity, always believe in yourself, have faith and your Why’s should be greater than all of your excuses”
