Experior Financial Group is thrilled to announce Mayier Maimaiti’s promotion to Executive Director. His dedication and hard work have been instrumental in reaching this impressive milestone, and we couldn’t be more proud.
With 2 years at Experior, Mayier has guided over 60 families to achieve informed financial decisions. We celebrate Mayier’s significant achievements and extend our heartfelt congratulations. With his continued determination and commitment, we foresee even greater successes ahead in his Experior journey.
We asked Mayier Maimaiti to tell us a bit about his journey and how it feels to have achieved this milestone, and he said,
“I began my career in insurance at 21, stepping into the industry with no existing client base and plenty of challenges to overcome. Starting out, I focused on building my knowledge, developing my skills through mentorship, and growing my presence on social media to establish trust and credibility.
Over time, persistence and a focus on providing real value to clients allowed me to grow my practice and build a strong referral-based business. Today, I lead a team of over 20 licensed agents as an Executive Director.
My focus remains on developing new agents, helping clients make informed financial decisions, and building a business rooted in education, transparency, and long-term relationships.
To think back to being 21, sitting across from people who doubted whether I could really guide them financially, to now leading a team of more than 20 licensed agents as an Executive Director, it feels like proof that persistence pays off.
It feels like freedom, not just financially but in knowing I control my time, my calendar, and my growth. And it feels motivating, because every level I’ve reached reminds me there’s always another level ahead.
This journey hasn’t been easy, but the challenges made the wins that much more meaningful. That’s a feeling I’ll never take for granted.”
Our newest Executive Director was asked if he had any advice or words of encouragement for new financial service Associates with Experior. Mayier said,
“In this business, it’s easy to get busy but not productive. If an activity doesn’t bring you closer to serving a client or building your team, it’s not worth most of your time.
Leverage mentorship. One of the biggest advantages at Experior is access to leaders who’ve already walked the path. Don’t be afraid to shadow, ask questions, and learn by doing. That’s how you’ll build confidence faster.
Build your personal brand early. Your credibility comes not just from your license but from how people perceive you. Share your journey, insights, and client success stories with permission. People work with agents they know, like, and trust.
Don’t underestimate referrals. Experior thrives on relationships. When you provide real value, clients will naturally want to refer you, but it’s important to set expectations and ask confidently.
Play the long game. Early on, results may feel slow, but every appointment, every training, and every client conversation is building momentum. Compounding effort in this business always pays off.
Think like a business owner. You’re not just an agent, you’re building an enterprise. Track your numbers, manage your time, and reinvest in your growth.
