Merish has been with Experior Financial Group for 4 years, and in that time, him and his team, Team Dream Builders have helped over 200 families to make informed financial decisions. We asked Merish to tell us a bit about his journey and how it feels to have achieved this milestone, and he said,
“Reaching the milestone of becoming an Executive Director at Experior Financial Group has been an incredible journey filled with challenges, growth, and unwavering support from my mentor and team. When I first started in the financial industry, I knew I had a passion for helping people achieve financial success, but I never imagined how transformative this journey would be—not just professionally, but personally.
Like any path to success, my journey wasn’t always smooth. There were moments of doubt, setbacks, and learning curves that tested my resilience. However, I was fortunate to have an amazing team and mentor (Sijo Jose) who believed in me, guided me, and pushed me to keep striving for excellence. Their encouragement and leadership played a significant role in shaping the person and professional I am today.
Reaching this milestone is not just a personal achievement—it’s a team victory. I owe a huge thank you to my trainer and my team for their constant support and belief in me. And to my Team Dream Builders family, your warm wishes and encouragement have meant the world to me.
Now, as an Executive Director, I am more motivated than ever to help others achieve their goals, just as so many have helped me along the way. This is just the beginning, and I’m excited for what the future holds! Thank you to everyone who has been part of my journey!”
Our newest Executive Director was asked if he had any advice for new financial service Associates in Experior. Merish said,
“Starting a journey at Experior Financial Group is an exciting opportunity filled with growth, challenges, and endless possibilities. If I could share one piece of advice, it would be this: stay committed, stay coachable, and trust the process.
Success doesn’t happen overnight, but with the right mindset and work ethic, you can achieve incredible milestones. Surround yourself with strong mentors and leaders who can guide you, learn from their experiences, and never stop growing. The more you invest in your knowledge and skills, the more you can help others and build a successful career.
Most importantly, believe in yourself and embrace the journey. There will be ups and downs, but every challenge is a lesson that brings you closer to your goals. Stay consistent, stay positive, and remember—you are part of an incredible team that wants to see you win!
