The Experior team asked our newest Executive Director to tell us a bit about his journey with the company and how it feels to have reached this milestone. He said,
“I’m really excited by this journey with Experior Financial Group and I’m very sad that I started it very late. Since I joined in March 2023, I’ve experienced genuine freedom for the first time, as I considered myself like I was in jail. I was asked many times in the past to be promoted as a sales director but never accepted or considered it as an opportunity.
Today with the structure of Experior, I feel deeply towards the best challenges that drive me to achieve my goals and enable others to thrive in their careers.
With the new procedures and rules, this opportunity becomes the most attractive one in the market and with Experior’s structure it becomes the best challenge for those who would like to succeed and grow limitless.
During the past twelve years, I’ve built a significant portfolio but the most important aspect is my 98.80% client retention rate.”
