Experior Financial Group is excited to announce Oluwatoyin Ojajuni’s promotion to Executive Director and Shareholder Qualifier. Her dedication to her career and growth as an independent insurance agent have played a key role in reaching this remarkable milestone.
Oluwatoyin has been with Experior Financial Group for 5 years and 4 months. During that time, she has helped over 300 families make informed financial decisions with the help of her team, Great Grace. In recognition of Oluwatoyin’s exceptional accomplishments, we offer our congratulations and best wishes for future success. We are confident that Oluwatoyin’s determination and commitment will surely pave the way for continued success with Experior.
We asked Oluwatoyin Ojajuni to tell us a bit about her journey and how it feels to have achieved this milestone, and she said,
“I joined the financial services industry in 2018 because I had two young toddlers and was looking for a job or business with flexible work hours. In December 2019, I became part of Experior and was excited about the system, the legacy, the shares, and the compensation structure. I was promoted to Senior Manager in December 2021 and continued to work part-time until 2023, when I transitioned to a full-time agent.
Last year, on the final day of the convention, I decided that I wanted to be at the next convention as an Executive Director. Today, I am thrilled to share that I have achieved this Executive Director milestone through God’s grace, hard work, and the unwavering support of my amazing husband, Bode Ojajuni. I am also incredibly grateful to my wonderful team and the great leaders in the Achiever, Overcomer, and FML Hierarchy for their support along the way.”
Our newest Executive Director was asked if she had any advice or words of encouragement for new financial service Associates with Experior. Oluwatoyin said,
“Success does not come easily, it requires dedication, perseverance, and self-belief. Don’t give up on your dreams. Work smart, stay focused, and continue to move forward despite distractions. Remember the words of Martin Luther King Jr.: “If you can’t fly, then run; if you can’t run, then walk; if you can’t walk, then crawl. But whatever you do, you must keep moving forward.”
