Rainier has only been with Experior for 6 months, and in that time, he and his team, Team Invincible have helped over 200 families to make informed financial decisions. In recognition of Rainier’s exceptional accomplishments, we offer our congratulations and best wishes for future success. We have no doubt that his dedication and passion for supporting others will lead him to even greater accomplishments with Experior.
We asked Rainier to tell us a bit about his journey and how it feels to have achieved this milestone, and he said,
“A Journey of Resilience: Reaching the Executive Director Milestone:
I am an immigrant from the Philippines, and like many others, I came to Canada in 2017 with my family, seeking a better future. My journey in financial services began in 2021 with another company. The first few months were promising, but as time passed, I faced challenges—especially when my previous company had a regulation issue. My momentum slowed, and I found myself hesitant to present the company’s strategies. Deep down, I knew something was missing. More than just selling a product, I wanted to serve my clients the right way—with confidence, integrity, and a truly holistic approach.
In the last week of June 2024, I made a life-changing decision to join Experior Financial Group, though I officially completed my transition in September. From the moment I joined, everything felt different. The holistic training, the high-energy environment, and the innovative products and services were game changers for my business. But more importantly, I found a company whose integrity aligns with my values—one that I can present with pride and confidence.
Achieving the milestone of Executive Director is not just a title for me; it’s the result of hard work, sacrifices, and perseverance. This achievement is something I can proudly share with my family, my children, and future generations. It is a symbol of growth, resilience, and the commitment to protecting families. This was not given—it was earned. And with Experior, I know this is just the beginning.”
