Congratulations to Executive Director at Experior Financial Group, Ronaldo Carcellar, for accomplishing the prestigious title of Ring Earner at Experior Financial Group. His dedication and passion for making a difference in people’s lives have been key factors in reaching this milestone as an independent insurance agent.
Ronaldo, originally from Cebu, Philippines, now lives in Burnaby, British Columbia with his wife and two children. Before entering the financial services industry, he worked as a warehouse associate at Amazon Canada. With Experior, Ronaldo has helped 200 families make informed financial decisions. We congratulate Ronaldo on his remarkable achievements and extend our best wishes for his continued success.
We asked Ronaldo Carcellar how it feels to have achieved this milestone, and he said,
“It feels like you’re on track to the next milestone. That there is no impossible things we can achieve as long as you put God first in every step of the way.”
How has your life changed because of your success with Experior? Ronaldo replied,
“It changes in the way that you will be able to appreciate your flexibility. The time you have with your children watching their school games and cheering for them is priceless.”
We asked Ronaldo Carcellar what his current goals were, and he responded
“My goals are to travel with my family along with my parents and siblings, create a retirement income and legacy to my children. I also want to help the widows, orphans and do mission trips to Philippines and other developing countries. It gives a total fulfillment and satisfaction when everything is said and done.”
Ronaldo was asked, Why Experior? and he said,
“The vision and direction of the company, the transparency in our commissions and the integrity and trustworthiness of our owners Jamie and Lee-Ann Prickett, are the main reasons I choose this company.”
Experior’s newest Ring Earner was asked if he had any advice for new associates in the financial services industry. Ronaldo said,
“Just hang on and keep on going, you will eventually get it in the basket. In other words keep on calling people and tell them about the business, eventually you will be able to get them as your client or business partner as long as you wont stop.”
