Samson has been a valued part of Experior Financial Group since November 2020. Since joining Experior, he and his team, High Flyer, have empowered over 500 families to make informed financial decisions. We asked Samson Awopeju to tell us a bit about his journey and how it feels to have achieved this milestone, and he said,
“My journey to this point has been a blend of perseverance, learning, and growth. There were moments of challenge that pushed me outside my comfort zone, and moments of achievement that reminded me why I chose this path. Becoming Executive Director feels both humbling and empowering, and it’s not just a personal milestone but a reflection of the collective effort, mentorship, and support I’ve received along the way. I see this as an opportunity to inspire others, help more families to attain financial freedom and to lead with purpose and vision.”
Our newest Executive Director was asked if he had any advice or words of encouragement for new financial service Associates with Experior. Samson said,
“My advice would be to embrace the journey as much as the destination. Every challenge carries a lesson, and every success is built on persistence and continuous learning. The journey will come with obstacles, but clarity of vision will help you to navigate challenges without losing focus.
Don’t be afraid to step outside your comfort zone, and lean on your mentors, peers, and team members. Growth rarely happens in isolation; it’s shaped by both resilience and the people who walk alongside you.”
