Sarah Jean was born and raised in the Philippines and now lives in British Columbia, where she has now been for half her life. She is married and has a one-year-old daughter. Sarah Jean continues to work as an ER nurse while working at Experior, which truly shows her strong work ethic and drive. Since joining Experior, she has helped over 50 families make informed financial decisions. In recognition of Sarah Jean’s exceptional accomplishments, we offer our congratulations and best wishes for future success. Given her expertise in delivering valuable financial education and her unwavering dedication, we are confident that she will reach more milestones in the future.
We asked Sarah Jean Lagrosa how it feels to have achieved this milestone, and she said,
“It’s truly humbling to reflect on all the hard work that has led to this milestone. When I think back to the early days, I remember facing a lot of self-doubt and wondering if I could push through the uncertainties and personal challenges I was dealing with. I really couldn’t have made it this far without my husband, daughter, family, my coach, the incredible FML & Mavericks team, and the fantastic support from Experior’s platform. There were definitely some challenges along the way, but every single challenge was worth it.”
Sarah Jean was asked Why Experior? and she said,
“When I made the decision to leave my previous MGA, I didn’t realize just how many options there were in the industry. I had the unique opportunity to compare different brokerages, and it really opened my eyes.
What ultimately drew me to Experior were a few key factors. Their impressive track record, the genuine sense of ownership they offer, and the real ground-level opportunities available were really intriguing. I was also really impressed by their commitment to integrity, both towards clients and associates. It’s clear that Experior holds itself to the highest standards, and that really resonated with me.”
How has your life changed because of your success with Experior? Sarah Jean replied,
“There’s something incredibly life-changing about witnessing the fruits of your hard work. It’s almost surreal. The crazy part is that there’s no hidden formula for success. It all comes down to consistency.
I really want to emphasize this because it’s such an important lesson. If we can genuinely believe in the difference we can make in people’s lives through the work we do, that’s where the real magic happens. When you’re driven by a purpose bigger than yourself, success comes naturally.
I want to inspire others to embrace this mindset because I truly believe it can transform not just our journeys, but the lives we touch along the way.”
We asked Sarah Jean Lagrosa what her current goals were, and she responded,
“My biggest motivation for chasing my vision has always been my family. I really want to design our lives so we can live on our own terms. It’s so important to me to be present as my child grows and to have a positive impact on her life.
I’m excited to share that I’m working towards becoming Executive Director in the next week or two! After that, I’m really looking forward to focusing my time and energy on helping the next wave of six-figure earners and leaders in the next 12 to 18 months. It’s going to be an incredible journey, and I can’t wait to see what our team can achieve together.”
Experior’s newest Ring Earner was asked if she had any advice for new associates in the financial services industry. Sarah Jean said,
“As you’re starting out, let’s be real: there may be moments when no one believes in you, not even those closest to you. That’s a tough pill to swallow, but it’s part of the journey.
Here’s what I want you to remember: keep pushing forward, no matter what. Do not let self-doubt take hold. Stick to your vision and focus on the actions that bring you closer to your goals. Your belief in yourself is crucial. It’s not about gaining validation from others; it’s about the fire within you and the impact you want to create. Stay committed, stay passionate, and trust the process. You’ve got this!”
