In just 2 years with Experior, Simon has assisted 6,700 families in making informed financial decisions. We are delighted to share the news of Simon’s achievements with everyone at Experior.
We asked Simon to tell as a bit about his journey with Experior and how it feels to have reached this milestone, he said,
“My journey as a financial professional and life insurance broker hasn’t always been smooth sailing. There’s been times when I thought of quitting, but what kept me going has always been my beloved family and the incredible team of champions I am leading here in Experior. I owe them everything, and I need to pave the way to show them what is possible when you put in the work. Becoming a National Executive Director (NED) in a fast-growing MGA like Experior is just the beginning of the journey for me and my team. We look forward to getting to the top. It feels so rewarding to be able to achieve this milestone, and I am so grateful for my team and family. Without them, this wouldn’t have been possible. I also need to give thanks to the Almighty God, my creator, for which I give all glory!”
When asked Simon to provide words of encouragement for the Experior Team and Agents working towards building their business, Simon stated,
“Firstly, I want to tell everyone that it’s very possible and doable to become a National Executive Director. All it takes is the courage to embark on the journey and then put in the work to meet your goals. Your goals have to be driven by some sense of purpose and accountability. Just keep going and be intentional. You will get there!”
