Srijana has been an integral member of Experior Financial Group for 18 months. During this time, she and her team, Team Unique, have empowered more than 40 families to make informed financial choices. We asked Srijana Pahari to share her journey and how it feels to have achieved this milestone, and she shared,
“Eighteen months ago, I was juggling a full-time job while taking care of my daughter. Life was challenging, but my ‘why’, to create a better future for my family and help other families secure theirs, kept me moving forward.
Entering the financial insurance industry was entirely new for me. Policies, products—there was a lot to learn. Yet, through studies, weekly training, and consistent effort, I gradually grew in confidence. Every client I met and every family I helped strengthened my purpose.
I am deeply grateful for the guidance of Renzen Doma Hyolmo. Her mentorship supported me at every step, ensuring I never felt like a newcomer in this industry.
Today, I am proud to be a qualified Executive Director and excited to achieve this milestone with shares and legacy. This milestone is not just a title; it represents growth, impact, and the realization of dreams I once thought were far away.
My journey proves that with determination, belief, and the right support, the impossible becomes possible. This is truly only the beginning.”
We asked our newest Executive Director if she had any advice or words of encouragement for new financial service Associates with Experior. Srijana said,
“Know your “why”, it will guide you through every challenge. Learn from leaders, ask questions, and follow those who have succeeded before you. Be consistent with daily actions, build trust by truly understanding and helping your clients, and embrace every setback as a lesson. Celebrate every milestone, no matter how small.
Even with a full-time job or family commitments, dedication, guidance, and consistency will lead you to unstoppable growth. Believe in yourself and take the next step today.”
