We asked Steven and Terry to share how it feels to reach this milestone, they said,
“We set the goal at the beginning of the year 2024 to hit this milestone by Dec 31 2024. We focused intensely on achieving it. Now, that we are here it is amazing and one of the greatest business gifts we have ever had at Christmas. This is an accomplishment that we achieved because of the team. Everyone at the office was on the same page to make it to their next promotion as well.
The next step for us is to help our team get to their goals and see that anything is possible if you can dream it, believe it and focus on it, magically it becomes a reality because you put in the work. Wishing does not work, only work works.”
When asked to share some advice to help other Associates succeed, Steven responded,
“The number one reason for my success is the support of my spouse, Terry. If you want it to happen, Set a goal, Give it a date, Create a plan and work the plan daily, have a mentor and never give up. There are only two pains in life the pain of discipline or the pain of regret. You get to choose.”
