Experior Financial Group is thrilled to honour Executive Directors, Tzachi Chen and Asaf Halperin for earning the prestigious title of $250K Ring Earner. Their dedication and extensive experience working in the financial services industry have been crucial in reaching this milestone.
Tzachi is originally from Israel and currently resides in Vaughn, Ontario where he is married with 3 children, 2 sons and 1 girl. One of his sons was previously in the financial services business with him, and the other just joined him. Prior to working in financial services, Tzachi worked in sales. With Experior, Tzachi has helped around 100 families make informed financial decisions, but his team has helped thousands.
Asaf is also from Israel, and has been in Canada for the last 35 years. He is married with 2 children and 1 dog. Before joining financial services, Asaf worked as a painter, and now, with Experior, Asaf has helped hundreds of families, directly and indirectly.

We asked Tzachi and Asaf how it feels to have achieved this milestone, and they said,
Tzachi:
“Joining Experior 10 years ago was a leap of faith, as the company was small, but we bought the vision. Over the last 10 years, thanks to this great company, I have been able to transform my life and my family life, and I feel that I am just getting started. I am thankful for this opportunity every day and know that aside from my growth, I am building a legacy for my kids.”
Asaf:
“Achieving this new milestone with Experior Financial Group has been a truly transformative experience. The growth in my income from last year is not just a financial milestone, but it’s also a testament to the dedication and hard work poured into this journey. This reflects the growing impact I’ve been able to make by helping more people secure their financial futures.

How has your life changed because of your success with Experior? Tzachi and Asaf replied,
Tzachi:
“Before I joined Experior, I was at one of the lowest points in my life—burdened with nearly $250,000 in debt and facing the heartbreaking possibility of losing my family, as my wife was contemplating leaving me. It was a time of immense struggle and uncertainty. I started with Experior while juggling another job just to make ends meet. Through relentless hard work, countless hours, and an unyielding determination to change my circumstances, I began to rebuild. Slowly but surely, I transformed my life, repaired and strengthened the bond with my wife, and created a secure future for my family. Experior was not just an opportunity—it became the foundation of hope, resilience, and the life I always dreamed of.”
Asaf:
“My fridge is always full! My passive income provides enough to keep me afloat even if I’m unable to work. While it’s not enough to make me rich yet, combined with my wife’s salary, it ensures that we can live with dignity if something were to happen to me. I now take 3-4 vacations a year—something I never even did once before. Beyond that, I’m able to help many families, which has made me well-known and respected in my community.”
We asked Tzachi and Asaf what their current goals were, and they responded,
Tzachi:
“My mission is to create a legacy that transforms not just my family but generations to come. My goal is to build a strong and lasting foundation, empowering my children to step into a future filled with opportunity and success. This isn’t just about building a business—it’s about breaking the chains of intergenerational poverty and proving that we have the power to rewrite our story. With every step I take, I am laying the groundwork for something bigger than myself: a legacy of strength, resilience, and abundance that will echo through the lives of those who come after me”
Asaf:
“My vision is to grow an even larger organization and help more people achieve what I’ve accomplished—and so much more. This year, my goal is to reach $300,000 in income and donate $30,000 to the families I already support. Giving back is a core part of my mission, and I’m excited to continue making a difference in people’s lives.
I also dream of working from various places around the world, blending my passion for helping others with my love for exploration. Last year, I had the incredible opportunity to work out of Honduras, and this year, I’m hoping to experience new destinations while continuing to grow and serve. The universe is full of possibilities, and I’m ready to embrace them all.”
Tzachi and Asaf were asked if they had any advice for new associates in the financial services industry, and they said,
Tzachi:
“My advice is simple: Don’t quit! Even when it feels like you have no one to call, no prospects to recruit, and no clear path forward, stay committed. Keep plugging into the trainings, attending the events, and soaking in every opportunity to grow. Keep your spirit high, knowing that the right moment will come. The team you’re meant to build will find you, the clients you’re destined to help will appear, and one day, you’ll look back with pride and gratitude, knowing that you didn’t give up. Success comes to those who persevere, even in the face of uncertainty.”
Asaf:
“Show people that you genuinely care, because until they know how much you care, they won’t truly trust you. Master your product knowledge so you can offer real value. Always go out of your way to help your clients, regardless of the financial outcome for yourself. Focus on serving others, not your own gain.”
