Congratulations to Senior Manager at Experior Financial Group, Viki Alles-Crouch, for accomplishing the prestigious title of Ring Earner at Experior Financial Group. Originally from Ottawa, Ontario, Viki traveled the world before returning to settle back in her home country of Canada. Viki has enjoyed a successful and loving marriage for 37 years, a period that seems to have flown by since she wed her husband. She is the proud mother of two accomplished children: Dr. Sascha Alles, a Neuroscientist in the United States, and Bianca, a Policy Analyst for the Government of Canada. Additionally, she takes great pride in being a devoted yet stylish grandmother, affectionately known as a “Glam Mother,” to her 8-year-old grandson, Felix.
Since becoming a part of Experior, Viki and her team, Team Hunter, have had the privilege of assisting approximately 50 families in making sound financial decisions. In acknowledgment of Viki’s outstanding achievements, we extend our congratulations and best wishes for her ongoing success. With her extensive experience, leadership skills, and expertise in current insurance options, we are confident that she will continue to achieve many more milestones in the future.
We asked Viki how it feels to have achieved this milestone, and she said,
“When one achieves any milestone, it is a milestone based on the journey taken to reach it. My journey was filled with the daunting task of rebuilding my life from scratch. After spending 20 years living in Asia, living the life and having no financial worries whatsoever, to escaping for your life and having to start from ground zero, Experior came at a time when I felt defeated and the hope of the “good life” was in the past. Achieving this milestone gives me to courage to keep going, because when you are going through your hardest times, you simply can’t stop and set up tent, you have to get to the other side. I think now I can safely say, I’m on track to achieving all that I once had and more because this time, I did it all myself and that, in itself, is the greatest gift of all.”
Viki Alles-Crouch was asked Why Experior? and she said,
“Experior chose me and then after winging it for 6 months, I fell in love and gave into the training that Experior had to offer. I stay because of the tremendous support of my ED, Michael Hunter and the sincerity of purpose that our CEO, Jamie Pricket demonstrates with every message he makes. He really really cares about each and every one of us and that means the world to me. I love the company because I love the people.”
How has your life changed because of your success with Experior? Viki replied,
“I finally can have my cake and eat it too! I can work smart, not hard, and still have time to have a great life outside work. Ironically, the extra time I now have has positively impacted my general demeanor, attracting more business and leading to a cycle of continued success. I’m loving this life!”
Experior’s newest Ring Earner was asked if she had any advice for new associates in the financial services industry. Viki said,
“When I kept talking and talking and talking and selling and selling and selling to every Tom, Joe, and Harry, I felt I was on a wheel that kept going round and round. When I stopped, listened and simplified my approach to “lets meet for coffee” or “let’s do a review of what you have – no obligation to you, just a good business practice” – these messages changed my business to barely surviving to growing and growing.”
