We are pleased to announce that Michael Hunter has been named our newest Executive Director!
Congratulations, Michael! He is Experior Financial Group’s FIRST promotion of 2022. Michael works hard and has experienced much success by doing so. After becoming a Ring Earner in 2021, he was quickly promoted to Executive Director just a few months later! He always puts effort into his work and goes beyond what is expected of him.
Michael was asked for a few comments about how he feels about becoming our most recent Experior Executive Director, his response was;
“Firstly, I would like to thank my family, my team, and Experior Financial Group for their support plus an amazing opportunity. When I left my full-time career in the automotive industry (Associate at Honda Canada Mfg), and career captive agency I had been working with part-time, I took a leap of faith and bought into a future vision of a ground floor opportunity.
I had to start from scratch and worked my way from the bottom to the top. Perhaps not as fast as I would have liked it, but I pushed forward. Being promoted as an Executive Director gave me the opportunity and reminder that I do have what it takes to be successful. Speaking personally, I would not have had an opportunity like this if I had stayed in my previous position. It wasn’t always easy as I had to battle some health issues, negative mindset, and growth in my personal mindset. I appreciate the mentors through the FML team especially my Executive Director, Laval Dubeau.
We asked Michael if there was any advice he could give other Experior agents for motivation, and Michael responded;
“For those who need more belief in themselves, keep repeating to yourself: I have what it takes x10!”
