The Experior team asked our newest Executive Directors to tell us a bit about their journey with the company and how it feels to have reached this milestone. They said,
“This is the most exciting journey that we have been on in the industry, since we joined a year ago! Timing is everything, the right place, right company system, and right people!
Surrounded by our incredible Team Breadwinners, who followed our lead, and guided by the exceptional training and mentorship of Frank De Lio, we diligently implemented everything he taught us. The result has been astounding: we earned the Ring Earner promotion in less than seven months as Senior Managers. Just a few months later, we are now proud to be Shareholders of the company as Executive Directors. This feels so good for the simple fact that I now have the opportunity to promote our Team Breadwinners to also become Executive Directors. This is truly a wonderful blessing from our Almighty God. Praise be unto Him.”
We asked Jhun and Glo if they had any advice for other Experior insurance agents; they said,
“My advice is always be patient. Success is a process, this is not a get rich quick scheme, do the most productive thing at any given moment. Be the most coachable person you can be and don’t let your ego and pride ruin your goals and dreams. As much as possible prioritize all company meetings, gatherings, and attend all Zoom meetings set by your Executive Director as they have the most vested interest in you. Follow the Experior system, stay excited and positive, and talk to a lot of people by simply sharing this great opportunity to them! Lastly, always remember that success comes to those who build a large and thriving agency.”
