Having joined Experior 5 years ago, Ravneet grew her expertise as an independent insurance agent, positively impacting countless families with the help of her team Youngest-In-Charge. Over the years, Ravneet has supported 50 families, demonstrating her unwavering commitment to their success. We’re excited to witness Ravneet’s ongoing growth and achievements as she begins this new chapter in her career!
The Experior team asked our newest Executive Director to tell us a bit about her journey with the company and how it feels to have reached this milestone. She said,
“Five years ago, I embarked on my journey with Experior Financial Group, initially with the goal of understanding financial concepts and learning how money works. Little did I know that this path would lead me to a fulfilling career as a female entrepreneur in the financial industry. My parents, especially my mother, always had the grandest dreams for me. Her unwavering motivation and support have been instrumental in my success. Today, I am proud to be part of this beautiful industry, and I owe it all to her encouragement and belief in my potential.
I began my journey with Experior Financial Group on a part-time basis. In November 2019, I got married in India and returned to Canada in January 2020. Soon after, I discovered I was pregnant and eagerly awaited my husband’s arrival in Canada. However, the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic brought immigration to a halt, and I had to face the challenges of pregnancy and childbirth alone, without my family by my side.
Despite these difficulties, I seized the opportunity to grow both personally and professionally. During this tough period, I dedicated myself to building my team and expanding my client base, proving that even in the most challenging times, perseverance and hard work can lead to success. In the first three years with Experior Financial Group, I did not have a single team member. However, everything changed when I recruited my best friend Amandeep Kaur, who has always been a shining star in my life. Together, we worked tirelessly and soon built a team of over 30 people. This marked the beginning of a fast-tracked journey towards success.
I am a mother of a 3-year-old boy and a full-time housewife, managing to balance family and work life—a skill I honed with the support and guidance of Experior Financial Group. I am grateful to share that my husband Kulwinder Singh Dhaliwal has been incredibly supportive throughout this journey. He told me, “Ravneet, you go and work hard, achieve whatever you want and deserve.” He took on the responsibility of managing our home, caring for our boy, and handling daily house chores, including cleaning, laundry, grocery shopping, and even cooking. His dedication and support allowed me to focus on my career. Today, I am proud and thankful for my husband’s unwavering support, which has been crucial in reaching this level of success. I set a goal to become an Executive Director (ED) by June 15, 2024. Today, on June 5, I am proud to share that I have achieved this milestone, ten days ahead of schedule. This is a proud moment not only for me but also for my family, who have been my constant support throughout this journey. Ultimately, it has been my dedication, hard work, self-belief, and the incredible support from my family that have helped me reach this level. I am grateful for this journey and excited for what the future holds.
I am thankful to all my team members and my leaders and mentors, especially Jashandeep Singh Brar, Jaskaran Singh Benipal, Lovepreet Singh Kaler, Harish Jindal, and Vishal Parmar, for always motivating me, making me mentally strong, and guiding me throughout this beautiful journey. I was a proud daughter, daughter-in-law, mother, wife, sister, and sister-in-law. And today, I am a proud Executive Director with Experior Financial Group. This is not the end of my journey—this is just the beginning, with many more achievements to come.”
Ravneet was asked if she had any advice for other Independent Insurance Agents at Experior; she said,
“Make your Vision strong. Always believe in yourself. Never give up. Your reason to do something in your life should strong enough that not even a small obstacle can make to doubtful in doing something.”
