Linda Yao achieves a significant milestone as our newest Executive Director at Experior Financial Group Inc. Her promotion reflects her steadfast work ethic and unwavering commitment. Joining Experior 1 year and 8 months ago, Linda leveraged her expertise, assisting numerous families and significantly enhancing their financial futures. Since joining, she has helped 20 families, demonstrating her dedication to their success. We’re thrilled to witness Linda’s ongoing growth and success. As she enters this new career phase, we have full confidence in her abilities.
The Experior team asked our newest Executive Director to tell us a bit about her journey with the company and how it feels to have reached this milestone. She said,
“It feels like a dream to have reached the Executive Director at Experior. However, I know this is only the beginning of my journey as I have more to accomplish. Thank you to my team as I couldn’t have achieved this without my team members. You inspire me with your commitment and achievement. Keep going. You can make it. Thank you for sticking with me and coaching me during this journey. I am so grateful that you were there helping me along the way. My journey at Experior is the result of your hard work and your leadership.
Lastly, thank you to my husband Douglas W. who stood by me, believed in me and supported my cause. He even got his Series 65 license to ensure we can do mutual fund and stock business in the USA.”
Linda was asked if she had any advice for other Independent Insurance Agents at Experior; she said,
“Empty your mind and keep it open to learn new things and ways. If you keep doing the same things don’t expect a different result. If you help enough clients and agents achieve their goals and dreams, you will achieve your goals and dreams. Don’t think too much. Just do it!”
