Congratulations to Executive Director at Experior Financial Group, Sijo Jose, for accomplishing the prestigious title of Ring Earner at Experior Financial Group. Sijo of Team Dream Builders, is from the southern part of India, Kerala. Now he lives in Calgary, Alberta with his wife, mother and family of 2 children. Moving from Kerala to Calgary was quite a significant change, both in terms of culture and climate. Sijo is proud to say that his daughter is also helping him in the business and is learning to get her own license in the financial services industry.
Sijo originally pursued Engineering and worked in the field here in Canada before transitioning to the financial sector. Since joining Experior, independent insurance agent Sijo, and his dedicated team have provided guidance to 300 families, with life, investments, and travel needs. Our heartfelt congratulations and best wishes go to Sijo Jose for his remarkable accomplishments. With his proven expertise and exceptional leadership, we are confident that he will serve as a continued source of inspiration for the upcoming generation of financial associates.
We asked Sijo how it feels to have achieved this milestone, and he said,
“I am so happy, honored, feeling grateful for the opportunities Experior is providing. My imagination and dreams are becoming a reality. I want to say thanks to Almighty God.”
Sijo was asked, Why Experior? and he said,
“I asked a question myself, if I continue to do what I was doing will I be able to achieve my dreams, and what will I become in the next 5 to 10 years? Experior came my way. I believe timing has a crucial role in opportunities, and it seems Experior came into my life at the right moment. The Shares program and Legacy program also attracted me.”
We asked Sijo Jose how his life has changed because of his success with Experior? he replied,
“I believe personal development is the major change in me. I became a student again, becoming a student again and embracing continuous learning is such a valuable mindset that can lead to growth and fulfillment in all aspects of life. It’s interesting. Having a support network of like-minded individuals who share values and aspirations is incredibly uplifting. More than earning money, I am happy working with my team, having lots of friends, and working with people who need me. Experior gives me a feeling that I always have a bigger family across Canada and the USA.”
Experior’s Ring Earner was asked if he had any advice for new associates in the financial services industry. Sijo said,
“Dreaming big, setting goals, and acting on them are fundamental steps toward achieving greatness. When you do these 3 important steps you should work on consistency, discipline, and focus.
Consistency ensures that you make progress toward your goals every day, even when the journey feels slow or challenging. Discipline helps you stay on track, even when distractions tempt you to veer off course. Focus enables you to channel your energy and resources towards your objectives, despite any obstacles that may arise.
It’s natural to encounter moments of doubt or resistance along the way, but holding onto your REASONS for pursuing your dreams can provide the motivation needed to keep moving forward.”
