Congratulations to Gbolahan Salami, our newest Ring Earner of February 2023!
Gbolahan Salami, Executive Director at Experior, has reached a fantastic career milestone with us! Gbolahan was born and raised in Nigeria where he studied civil engineering and worked in the construction industry before moving to Canada. In Canada, before financial services, he worked for a delivery company and also drove for Uber and Lyft.
Gbolahan had no previous experience in the financial service industry before joining Experior and is now having great success. He has now helped 51 families with their financial needs. He lives in Toronto, Ontario, and is married with two children, a boy and a girl.
Questions Experior Financial Group asked Gbolahan Salami:
We asked Gbolahan how it feels to have achieved this milestone, and this Executive Director said,
“I feel very happy to achieve this milestone because it has giving me hope that I never made a mistake on my decision to go into an industry I know nothing about.”
We asked Gbolahan Salami, “What is your why?” Our newest Ring Earner said,
“My Goals are to touch and change as many live as possible thereby changing my own life and be Financially free sooner. My why, if my father had adequate protection before he died, life could have been much easier for my family after he left. Telling my story to others to learn from it and take action to protect everything they love most.”
We asked Gbolahan what made him choose Experior, he said,
“As at the time I Joined, that was the only option presented to me, that is the best option. I couldn’t have had something better.”
We also as Gbolahan if he had advice for others just starting out in the industry. He replied,
My advice for other associates is:
- 1. Believe in yourself
- 2. Stay focused and Disciplined
- 3. Take action
- 4. Attend all trainings, meetings, and events
