The Experior team asked our newest Shareholder to tell us a bit about his journey with the company and how it feels to have reached this milestone. Bikramjit said,
“Everything is possible with God’s grace. I totally feel excited and inspired by being part of the Experior Financial family as I am thankful to have the best leadership that anyone can ask for in Jamie & Lee-Ann Prickett, Darren & Stephanie Golka, Bhupinder Cheema, Prabhjit Virk and the Executive Counsel. As they say you build the system and the system runs your business and we at Experior have the best system for anyone to plug into. Bikramjit was asked if he had any advice for other Experior insurance agents; he said,
“What you believe and perceive you will definitely achieve, but you need to have 110% faith in your leadership. When I was introduced to the business by a friend in 2005, I was inspired by their presentation and had three concerns for them; 1) I can’t sell anything, and they answered it is not selling it is educating. He then asked me, “Were you educated during this presentation?”, and I said yes. 2) I don’t want to cheat people out of their money to make money, they said, “By showing you these strategies, did we save money or cheat?” I said save. And 3) Is it worth it financially, I made 30k/yr, he said, “I make 30k/month in that time. That’s my business in a nutshell.”
