Experior Financial Group’s Executive Director, Rajveer Chahal, migrated from India to Canada in 2005 and has since been residing in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. Prior to joining the financial sector, Rajveer worked at the Calgary International Airport for 13 years as a customer service representative; however, today, she has reached this significant career milestone with Experior.
Rajveer takes great pride in her marriage to Hardeep Chahal. The couple has three children: two lovely daughters and a charming son. They are a close-knit and joyful family, and her in-laws also live with them. To leave a lasting legacy for their cherished family, she continues to work hard every day.
Rajveer has had the honour of helping 30-50 families make the right financial decisions. We would like to commend Rajveer for her outstanding achievements and wish her continued success. Through her years of experience and mentorship, there is no question in our minds that she will motivate the subsequent generation of financial associates.
We asked Rajveer Chahal the following questions about becoming an Experior Ring Earner:
How does it feel to have achieved this milestone? She said,
“I cannot express how happy and grateful I am for Experior. I’m incredibly proud of myself and the team for reaching where we are now.”
What are your current goals and your WHY? She replied,
“It is just the beginning. There are many more milestones ahead of me, and I have no doubt that I’ll achieve them all. My current goal is to achieve the SED $250K ring in 2024.
WHY- after joining Experior I learned and experienced that nothing is impossible if you believe in the Experior system and have a proper blueprint. The sky is the limit.”

How has your life changed because of your success with Experior? Rajveer replied,
“Experior has changed my family’s life in a big way. Before joining Experior, I never thought about reaching $100K while I was in the job sector, even though I was doing overtime and sacrificing the quality time that I was supposed to spend with my family. I am very happy that I made my family proud. I cannot express how grateful we are for Experior.”
Experior’s newest Ring Earner was asked if she had any advice for new associates in the financial services industry. Rajveer said,
“We all have equal opportunity here at Experior, the same 24 hours in a day, the difference is what you do in those 24 hours that will determine your outcome and success level. Experior has changed my family’s life and if anyone is looking to build their own legacy and secure their family’s future in this Financial industry, Experior is the BEST.”
