Jhun and Glo Ismael, Senior Managers at Experior Financial Group, proudly call Canada their home with their 2 children, 1 son, and 1 daughter. Before diving into the financial services industry, Jhun spent years as a factory worker. Now, Jhun and Glo are on a mission to build their legacy at Experior, driven by their dedication to success and their family’s future.
Since joining Experior, Jhun and Glo have excelled as independent insurance agents, leading their dedicated team, Team Breadwinners, to provide invaluable guidance to 64 families in making informed financial decisions. We asked Jhun how it feels to have achieved this milestone, and he said,
“I felt so good to achieve this milestone in less than 7 months since the day I joined Frank & Yolanda De Lio’s FML Team. It clearly shows how amazing and truly spectacular the Experior System we have is, and when you take your work ethic and combine it with a great system the result is astounding.”
Jhun was asked, Why Experior? and he said,

We asked Jhun how his life has changed because of his success with Experior? he replied,
“It changed our life in so many ways and in a short period of time, we have gained full confidence in ourselves and are starting to dream again. We get so excited to work even more than we already knew and proved to ourselves that we have a great system in place to achieve the amazing things in life that we all deserve.”
Experior’s newest Ring Earner was asked if he had any advice for new associates in the financial services industry. Jhun said,
“My advice is to follow the system, be a student, be coachable to your upline and the most important thing is to throw away your ego that you know everything about everything. Plug in as much as you can to the company weekly webinars and to your Executive Director’s weekly meetings, attend company events and seminars, take down notes and be a human sponge absorbing all the information shared by different leaders in our company, and most importantly do the most productive thing at any given moments.”
