Andrea Rogers, has achieved yet another significant professional milestone by becoming a Senior Executive Director at Experior Financial Group. In her 5.5 years with the company, a testament to Andrea’s commitment to her profession is the large number of clients she has served, and even more within her hierarchy. Her dedication to success is evident in the way she continues to set an example for her team and other associates. We asked our newest SED for a few comments about how it feels to reach this milestone; she said,
“I started in the industry in 2001 and moved over to Experior in 2018. From the day I got here, I quickly realized that this company is where I would finish out my career. Being instrumental in getting the Legacy Program in place has given me the assurance that my children and grand children will enjoy the business that I’ve built. I am so thankful to my team here and would not have achieved this milestone with their support and commitment.”
Andrea was asked to share any advice she has to help other Associates succeed, she said,
“Stay close to your teammates. Treat them like gold and they will “go to bat” for you.“
