Kiranjeet Janda’s well-deserved promotion to Executive Director at Experior Financial Group Inc. is a shining example of her unwavering work ethic and steadfast dedication to her profession. Having only joined Experior three years ago, she has had a major influence on the lives of numerous families in her comparatively short time with us. Over fifty families have benefited from Kiranjeet’s dedication and knowledge, which has had a substantial positive impact on their financial security.
Kiranjeet’s journey with Experior Financial Group has just begun, and we are excited to be part of her ongoing growth and success. We have complete faith in her skills and commitment as she starts this new chapter in her career.
The Experior team asked our newest Executive Director to tell us a bit about her journey with the company and how it feels to have reached this milestone. She said,
“Hello Everyone. I came to Canada in 2010 as I had completed my B.Ed degree from India and like all others I had the same dream that here we will get a great job according to our qualifications. I quickly found out that my previous education had no value in the Canadian system. At that time my husband was working as plumber, but he never told me to got work he always said, “You stay home, I will manage.” He’s so kind and I am so grateful to God that he is my partner.
After my first daughter came into our lives and after she turned 1 years old, I decided to go to work. At the time I was working at Walmart, my brother-in-law was an ED with Experior, Mr. Rajvir Singh Janda. He shared this opportunity with me and helped us on every single step to join the financial business. We joined Experior in November 2020. Last year in August 2023, I was so close to ED but I couldn’t hit it because of some reasons. But now, the whole team worked hard and we did it together. Thanks.”
Kiranjeet was asked if she had any advice for other Experior agents; she said,
“Yes, do business regularly, keep focused on your goal, set a deadline, and follow a plan.”
