Vaibhav Potbhare’s promotion to Executive Director at Experior Financial Group Inc. stands as a testament to his unyielding work ethic and unwavering dedication in his professional life. Since joining us a little over a year ago, Vaibhav has already made a substantial impact on numerous families’ lives. His commitment and expertise have been pivotal, offering support to more than 50 families and counting, significantly enhancing their financial stability.
Though Vaibhav’s tenure with Experior Financial Group is relatively new, we are excited to play a part in his continued development and accomplishments. Stepping into this new chapter of his career, we have absolute faith in his abilities.
The Experior team asked our newest Executive Director to tell us a bit about his journey with the company and how it feels to have reached this milestone. He said,
“I moved to Experior from a different MGA in November 2022, and since then it has been like a joy ride, a lot of learning clarity, & freedom. I was fortunate enough to have the support of my family, spouse, trainers, my team, and many others who believed in and supported me during my journey. The joy of reaching this milestone increases multifold when all of these wonderful people are there to celebrate it with you.”
Vaibhav was asked if he had any advice for other Experior agents; he said,
“My two cents for all those who are in pursuit of milestones at Experior –
- Learn from your trainer, be disciplined and consistent.
- Focus on making your direct recruits Independent.
- Believe in Experior, Believe in yourself.”
